Pilot a continuously accelerating spaceship through a neon obstacle course to the beat of an electrifying synthwave soundtrack. Your only controls are left and right. Crashing in an obstacle is an instant game over, so collect ammo on your way to clear your path, but remember, unused ammo boosts your final score. A young wanderer is lost in the forests, and accidentally unleashes something evil. A group of strangers need to become friends and find their own path to salvation to lift the curse that has befallen the land.

Once Upon A Tile has you explore ever-changing dungeons guarded by monsters, traps and magical challenges. Perhaps you need to navigate a trap-filled corridor to the end, or defeat a certain amount of monsters or collect enough treasures to make it through alive. The reasons will change, but the goal remains the same - build the dungeon as you explore it, and avoid traipsing over too many traps or monsters you can not defeat yet. This will require a little bit of luck and a whole lot of strategic planning.

While you play as a hero, you do not move directly. Instead, you follow the shortest paths to the newly discovered dungeon rooms you are exploring. This makes for a very unique and challenging game, where every steps and tile you place counts.

Going the Brute path gives you access to heavy-hitting, crowd-clearing weapons. With Rogue, you are fast on your feet, delivering quick, precision attacks. As a Mage, you can damage enemies at range, heal your allies, or join the fray directly!

BUILD YOUR LOADOUT

Each of the 3 classes has bespoke Secondary items and armored Outfits to further specialize your build. Secondaries focus on defense and crowd control, and Outfits enhance one or more stats for fun combinations with Weapons and Secondaries.

MASTER YOUR WEAPONS

Upgrade your base weapons to Mastery level, which evolves functionality in at least one key area. Mastered Weapons are balanced as a group, and their different specialties unlock new playstyles and stunning new visuals.
